It’s no secret that I love people watching. People watching at the beach is hilarious, especially once the little kids show up. Sometimes it’s hard not to bust out laughing.
Yesterday morning, I was laying on the beach when a crab popped out of the sand right in front of me. We stared at each other for a split second before he went back into his sand hole. I’m not entirely sure who was more freaked out. At least I know that I need to keep a look out.
Then, when I was walking along the beach yesterday afternoon, I came across this long legged bird (a crane or heron, I think). He creepily follow behind me for a little bit. At least the “walking trail” was pretty!
Today, I spend my morning and afternoon at the Gulfarium. They have dolphins, turtles, otters, penguins, birds, sharks, crabs, seals, sea lions, etc. Needless to say, I tried to get selfies with as many of the animals as possible. I made a spur of the moment decision to pay to feed the dolphins. It was AMAZING. I was not prepared for all the splashing, so, at the end of the event, it looked like I had peed on myself. Next week, I will be swimming with the dolphins. Who’s excited? This girl!
I forgot to mention the adorable dolphin calf! She’s only a month old and absolutely precious!
